LGZT Company launches the 13th nationwide "Path to Quality" campaign.

2026/07/29 09:03

On July 7, the 13th "Journey to Quality" LGZT launch ceremony was held in the company's general assembly workshop. After the official order to commence work, four professional service fleets equipped with high-precision measuring instruments, original factory spare parts, and customer service packages sequentially departed from the factory premises, heading to dozens of provinces across China to conduct on-site customer visits and equipment inspections.

Over the past ten days, the four service teams have traveled through Shanxi, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Anhui, Shandong, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, and more than ten other regions. Team members are expanding the brand's service coverage through on-site visits, meeting all customer expectations by providing professional technical support and comprehensive equipment maintenance services.

Four specialized service teams serve different regional markets and focus on targeted inspection work.

Each service team has its own service area and primary inspection focus, tailored to the unique working conditions and customer equipment requirements in local regions.

Team 1: Northwest China – Shanxi, Shaanxi, Western Inner Mongolia, Tianshui, Ningxia.

This team departs from Shaanxi, heads north to Ningxia and Inner Mongolia, and then returns to Shanxi. The northwest region features vast landscapes, loess plateaus, and Gobi deserts, creating harsh working conditions for construction machinery, including high temperatures and severe sandstorms.

The team prioritizes return visits to customers using LGZT electric forklifts. Technicians record the actual performance of the equipment under high-temperature and dusty conditions, and collect on-site feedback regarding charging convenience, battery life, power stability, and the durability of the electrical system. All collected data will be forwarded to the R&D department to enhance the adaptability of electric forklifts to the harsh working conditions in the northwest.

Team 2: Central Plains – Henan and Anhui

Starting from northern Anhui, the team covers the southern part of Henan, then extends westward and northward to all major operational areas in Henan Province. This group includes professional product R&D engineers who conduct in-depth studies at customer construction sites.

Key inspection points include the loader's operational efficiency under various conditions, operator comfort, smoothness of the control system, and the complexity of daily maintenance. Engineers conduct face-to-face meetings with frontline equipment operators to gather practical suggestions for product upgrades, accumulating real-world operational data to support the iterative optimization of LGZT wheel loaders.

Team 3: Primary market in Shandong and Hebei

The service route starts in southwestern Shandong, passes through the central and eastern parts of the province, then heads north into Hebei, covering the central-southern and northern regions of Hebei. This area is a mature core market for LGZT, with a large number of loaders that have been in long-term operation.

Team members pay special attention to the long-term performance of the equipment during operation, conducting systematic full inspections of all major components. Inspectors closely monitor weld quality, assembly precision, and the wear resistance of structural elements. All customer feedback regarding the durability and long-term reliability of the equipment is documented to optimize production and assembly standards at the factory.

LGZT Loaders,

Team 4: Northeast China and Eastern Inner Mongolia – Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning

This fleet of equipment moves north from Liaoning into Jilin and Heilongjiang, then expands its service area into eastern Inner Mongolia. The northeast region faces extremely low temperatures in winter, which creates unique challenges for construction machinery.

The main task of the team is testing and registering equipment adaptability to harsh climatic conditions. Key inspection indicators include cold start performance, stability of hydraulic systems at low temperatures, lubrication efficiency under freezing conditions, and protection of critical parts from freezing. All customer feedback from the northeastern region will be used for targeted upgrades of LGZT loaders to enhance their frost resistance.

Main objectives of the 13th LGZT "Path to Quality" campaign

LGZT Loaders,

During this campaign, four service teams plan to visit at least 400 customer terminals in more than ten provinces. Each on-site service includes standardized, comprehensive physical inspections of equipment, professional recommendations for equipment operation and maintenance, in-depth research into customer needs, and collection of targeted suggestions for product quality improvement.

2. Free maintenance training: On-site training for operators on daily maintenance, fault diagnosis, and energy-saving operation skills to reduce customer costs after purchase.

3. Customer needs research: Identifying pain points in real construction conditions to provide first-hand data for R&D and production departments.

4. Timely after-sales service problem resolution: Addressing minor equipment faults on-site and documenting complex issues for prompt follow-up maintenance.

LGZT Loaders,

Thirteen years of consistency – Quality as the lifeblood, Service as the brand's safeguard

For thirteen years, LGZT has adhered to the core corporate philosophy: quality is the lifeblood of manufacturing enterprises, and thoughtful after-sales service forms the shield of brand competitiveness.

The 13th 'Journey to Quality' is not only a continuation of the brand's thirteen-year commitment to serving global and domestic customers, but also a new starting point for further improving product quality and the full-cycle customer service of LGZT. Instead of one-off promotional events, the annual 'Quality Journey' program is a long-term mechanism that allows LGZT to stay connected with end users, shorten the distance between the factory and construction sites, and implement product development iterations based on real user feedback.
