2、Compact, easy to adapt
3、Versatile, highly efficient
4、Recruitment partners around the world
I. Main areas of application of small excavators
Small excavators are usually referred to as mini excavators with a lifting capacity of 1 to 6 tons, especially suitable for work in confined spaces or requiring delicate conditions:
1. Construction in tight spaces
- For narrow areas such as redevelopment of old residential areas and excavation of foundation pits, small excavators can be as small as 0.8 meters wide (e.g. Kubota U10-3S), making them inaccessible to traditional large equipment.
- When laying municipal pipelines, their flexible steering system reduces the need for access to adjacent roads.
2. Municipal and landscape construction
- They are used for light work such as repairing sidewalks and digging holes for trees. In combination with a hydraulic hammer, they can work on concrete pavement, achieving a crushing performance of approximately 5-8 square meters per hour.
- In horticulture they can be equipped with a timber grab for transporting seedlings or a microrelief bucket. 3. Agriculture and rural development
- They are used for digging irrigation canals in fields and leveling the soil in greenhouses, consuming little fuel and costing significantly less than manual labor. II. The main advantages of mini-excavators
1. Compactness and high adaptability
- With a total weight of 1.5-6 tons, a light truck is sufficient for transportation, which reduces transportation costs by more than 60% compared to 20-ton equipment.
- Tail-less design provides zero tail overhang when working near walls.
2. Versatility and high efficiency
- The quick-change mechanism allows the use of various attachments, such as hydraulic hammers, for trenching, crushing and loading.
3. Economy and ecology
- The purchase cost is about 100,000-300,000 yuan, only one-fifth of the medium-sized excavator; the annual maintenance cost is low.
- Models that meet the Euro V emission standard reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by more than 50%, which complies with city environmental standards.
4. Low level of operator training
- The hydraulic control system uses a lever that requires only one-third the force of traditional mechanical levers, allowing new operators to start operating after just one week of training.
